Vaccinations
Before boarding your pet we require proof that they are fully vaccinated. Dogs need to be vaccinated against Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Distemper, Lepto, plus Canine Cough. Cats need to be vaccinated against feline Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis and Calicivirus. If you are in any doubt whether they are up to date, please check with your vet who can advise on this. (CLICK HERE for Matamata Vets). If vaccinations have lapsed, we require 10 days after their vaccination before your pet can be boarded. Please be aware that vaccinations are not a guarantee of disease prevention. Please also ensure flea and worm treatments are up to date – we will do this while your pet is here if we think it is necessary and you will be charged accordingly.

Charging & Booking policy
Our charges are per day, irrespective of the time of drop-off. However, if you collect your pet during the morning opening hours, you will not be charged for that day.
At peak times (including school holidays and public holidays), we reserve the right to charge for the full duration of the original booking, even if your pet is collected earlier.

A deposit of 50% of the total booking may be required to secure bookings during peak periods (including Christmas, New Year, Easter and school holidays).
The remaining balance is required prior to or at the time of collection.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change and will always try to be fair where possible.
Standard periods:
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival may have deposits refunded or credited at our discretion.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may result in the loss of deposit.
Peak / holiday periods:
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival may result in loss of deposit.
Early Pick-Ups
Boarding fees are charged for the full duration of the original booking.
Early collection of your pet does not reduce the total cost of the stay.
